For merchants and their contacts. Kvali works for payment providers. When a provider reviews your business, Kvali reads your public website and may hold your work contact details and your replies to the provider's letters. The provider decides how this is used (it is the controller); Kvali processes it only for them, in the EU, and never handles card data. To see or delete what is held about you, contact the provider, or write to us and we will pass it on.

For users of the Kvali app. We keep your name, work email and what you do in the product (to run it and to keep an audit trail your employer relies on). No advertising trackers.

For website owners. Our crawler reads public pages only and identifies itself; see /bot.

Who processes data for us: subprocessors. Questions: privacy@ the app's domain (until that mailbox exists, bot@ reaches the founder).
